4 Bedrooms Villa Seminyak
Villa Kaja is located in the heart of Seminyak, between the traffic and the hustle on the street, you will find a tall gate opening a door to a humble and serene Balinese traditional hospitality. Villa Kaja has total 4 bedrooms; one in a small guest house on the right side of the entrance gate, one on the first floor next to the kicthen, and another two on the second floor.
The small guest house is small yet comfortable with complete facilities from queen side bed to an indoor fridge. The bathroom is semi-open air with unique hand crafted door from Kalimantan. It has a spacious balcony with chair lounges, with a direct view to the pool and the garden.
One bedroom is located on the first floor and the other two (including the master bedroom) are located at the second floor. Each one has ensuite bathrooms, except for the guest bedroom on the second floor, TV screen with international satellite channels is available in every room and in the living room with Indonesian TV Channels. On the master bedroom equipped with a queen size bed and prestigious mattress. This room also offers you an outdoor balcony, a sunroof for natural lights in the bathroom, a reading chair and a sitting table with mirror. A large dressing is available to put all your clothes as well as a safety box and a mosquito net. The huge bathroom is equipped with bathtub and shower and one sink with big mirror.
The guest bedroom on the second floor is smaller and can be reached by turning left after you arrived on the top of the stairs. With a queen size bed with prestigious mattress, small dressing, you will have to use the bathroom on the first floor. This room is perfect for kids, considering the minimal furnitures and safe distance from the parents room in master bedroom.
The other guest bedroom on the first floor with ensuite bathroom, offers another comfort with queen bed, TV and large closet to store all your clothes. With a unique sensor on the outdoor shower door, you will see a beautiful water fountain on each time you opened the door. The amenities are staple to ensure your comfort during stay.
